MoS2 Circuits and Flexibility

We have demonstrated simple integrated circuits based on MoS2. Our circuits operate at room temperature and are capable of performing the NOT and XOR logic operations. We also show in a separate paper that MoS2 is stiffer than stainless steel and has a flexibility comparable to plastics. |
